feeding a message body through a program and getting results back to sen

Hi,
        I've finished with a look up program that determines whether fax
numbers covered by the TPC free fax cells.
        I would like to set up a recipe that feeds the body of an email message
through the program and replys to the sender with the results.
        I'm not clear on the exact syntax for this.
