I confess that a friend is helping me because I know even less about sed
than I do about procmail, which is pretty pathetic. He knows sed for DOS
only, and he doesn't know what the -ep means.

The above does work, Era, thanks. I'm not sure it reaches back and grabs
the line of dashes that precede DO YOU YAHOO though...the idea is to have
one procmail recipe that decides whether it's a freemail message that has
an ad, which calls one single sed script that iterates through all known
freemail ads, removing the ones it finds. Hopefully to serve as a
domain-wide mailing list filter--we propogate these things by the thousands
and we're getting sick of it. If they want us to distribute their
advertising they can ask.
