stripping the email body

        Hi, I have a question and hope someone can help me.  I want to use 
procmail to forward an email to another address but with the body 
stripped, so it only shows the TO: and FROM:.  I also want to be able 
to keep a copy on the same account the mail is being forwarded from.  
Can anyone help me on this? it would be greatly apreciated.
