Having configured sendmail 8.9.0 and procmail-3.11pre7 on my BSDI

This works fine, but I want to cutomise the error message, so that
it will notify the sender gracefully.
ie: Error: Receipient mail box is full, please try later etc...
Since procmail doesn't generate the bounce message, and sendmail
doesn't know when someone hits their quota, probably the only efficient
way to do this would be to hack procmail to return a different exit
code in this case, and then hack sendmail to recognize this and treat
it like EX_CANTCREAT except for the contents of the bounce message.
