using procmail to extract data to a text file

I have some pager software which looks in a specified directory for a
text file in the format:

<pagerid> <from> <emailid> <message>

where:-
        <pagerid>       is the username of a valid pager owner found in
the subject field
        <from>          is the full name of the person sending the page
i.e. "Fred Smith"
        <emailid>       is the e-mail address of the person sending the
email to be paged.
        <messageid>    is mesaage to be paged.


I would like to be able to send an e-mail to an account called pager.
This account would then extract the above information out of the email
into a text file in the above format.  Is this possible to do using
Procmail?
