about Vcards

Hi,

Does anyone have a small snipet of code to
remove vcards ?  

If not, anyone know if vcard containing mail
always contains this ?: 

> Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
boundary="------------7DF1D5080B81028EA01CB6C8"
