Is somebody maintaining a wishlist for procmail features?
If not, I'll get the ball rolling:
1. Support for \s in Regular Expressions.
2. Support for the {m,n} construct in regular expressions.
3. An option to skip processing of UUE and Base64 encoded blocks. (Yes, I
know you can work around this with existing tools, but I think it would be
cleaner as an option in procmail.)
4. An option to short-circuit the weighting algorithm to stop processing
matches once the accumulated matches exceed zero. (This would help speed
things up if you're using this as a simple OR operator.)
Comments solicited.
