Biff and procmail

Does anyone know of a quick hack to print a message similar to what biff
does when mail arrives?

When biff gets a message thats been caught by a filter it just prints:

"New mail for jtatz(_at_)chemistry(_dot_)ohio-state(_dot_)edu has arrived:
----
----  
"
