Apart from the fact that Procmail will be looking in your MAILDIR for
the file unless you specify an explicit path, which a couple of people
already pointed out, keep in mind that Procmail might actually execute
on a different host than where you are trying this. The other host
might not have mounted the directories you have on the interactive
host (although it usually obviously mounts the directory where your
mail is being delivered, so that is probably not the problem here; in
the general case, one should also note that a directory might be
present but mounted under a different mount point, so you have to use
a different path name).
