Just a guess here.

This says:

If the mail is to me,
  bounce the mail to me
Save to my incoming mailbox

so it keeps sending it to you until your mail transfer agent (sendmail,
usually) says "too many hops" and rejects the mail.

meanwhile it's also saving a copy each time around.

see if this does what you want.
