I need help with Procmail

how to configure Procmail?

I need that Procmail takes all messates to
any-_-(_at_)geral(_dot_)net
forward to
viviane(_at_)newsite(_dot_)com(_dot_)br

Somebody told me how to do that, and it worked.
But when I download my e-mails, I receive a copy.
The emails isn't forwarded, it's copied to 
viviane(_at_)newsite(_dot_)com(_dot_)br

what should I do?
