I'm trying to run procmail 3.11pre7 on IRIX 6.3. No effect so far. I
configure all setup accordingly to man pages. Want use the program from
.forward file. It works as far as passing to default mailbox is
regarded.
Any changes in $HOME/.procmailrc don't give any result. No log file, no
filtering, nothing at all. I seems that file in not used at all. Maybe
someone have any experiece with similar situation? What is the method of
debugging the stuff?
What happens when you create a $HOME/.procmailrc and run procmail directly
from the command line? Say, like this:
echo "To: $USER" | procmail
(The echo command is so that procmail has an email message, albeit tiny,
to work with.)
