Multiple checks?

Hi,

     I have mail from a couple of old addresses that is being
forwarded into a single "old" folder.  Rather than doing expensive
multiple checks, is there a good way to do "or" checks in one line
(instead of  * ^To:(_dot_)*jmleveron\(_at_)sock(_dot_)net   could I do multiple
addresses on this line?) ?

     Also, if there is an rc file that I could run only in this
expression (to tell them of my new address, a la the vacation
program) that'd be even better . . .
