How to scan for attachment

Hello fellow procmail users. I am curious how I can scan
incoming email for a subject say file and then if it has
an attachment strip the attachment or separate it? I keep
getting postmaster bounces back with large files sometimes
> 10 MB and I am sick of getting these files. If anyone has
any info they can mail me please do.
