Announce: Jari's procmail code moved to www.procmail.org

    Philip kindly opened account for me, so the procmail tips page and
    procmail code libraries (pm-code.shat, pm-code.zip) has moved from

        ftp://cs.uta.fi/pub/ssjaaa/

    Please update your links. I will no longer update procmail code
    to the University's ftp directory and the banners pointing to 
    procmail.org will be removed soon.
