.forward not working due to upgrade

Hi, Everyone:

I used to have .forward file for my Procmail recipies with text:
|IFS=' '&&exec /usr/bin/procmail -f-||exit 75 #joe

After I upgrade my OS to Redhat 6.0, it does not work anymore.
I got:

sh: cannot use & in command
554 "|IFS=' '&&exec /usr/bin/procmail -f-||exit 75 #joe" ... Service
unavailable

How should I modify the .forward file?
