Is there any way to get procmail to insert mail seperators ala MMDF

There's a compile-time option to make Procmail use MMFD mailbox format.
Uncomment and modify sMAILBOX_SEPARATOR and eMAILBOX_SEPARATOR in
config.h (and notice the funny a ^ characters which are ^ not e:s [*])

This is, of course, assuming this is something you want done to all of
your mail. (Or you could even compile a second Procmail which does
this, and move it to a different name, say, procmail.mmdf. But it's
probably overkill for the occasional fixing job.)

Hope this helps,

/* era */

[*] Yes, surprisingly, this is the correct spelling of this intriguing
word. (Wh s Nglsh splld wth vwls t ll, f nbd vr crs wht th r?)
