Hardly. Does it get expanded correctly? All the versions of ^TO_ which
actually work are basically the same and don't have a problem with <>
so your Procmail is probably old. (1001 reasons to upgrade.)
Yeah, my Procmail is old (3.10):
the TO_ was expanded as TO and an underscore.
Oh well, reason enough.
