I am not sure if this is the place to ask but here it goes:
How is the poplock setting handled? Is this a procmail setting or a
sendmail setting. If someone drops a connection while getting email then
tries to get back in to it they get a poplock busy message and it asks
for a password. It takes about 30 minutes for this to cycle through so
they can get mail. Is there some way to change this setting or force it
to open for the user. Thanks, Keith
