Offtopic - restricted chown not set on SGI

Hello,
  Philip mentioned here that systems for security reasons shouldn't allow
user to give away ownership a a file. However, this is allowed on SGI Irix
6.2, 6.5.6f at least.

  To change/fix it do as root:

# systune restricted_chown 1
# /etc/reboot
