JUnk Mail

hi,
can anyone tell me how to get Spam Bouncer to BOUNCE email from HOTMAIL or
ANY other address i choose? as far as i can tell i still get spam. is there
a way to test the program?

i thought there was a way to block spammers if they get throught the
spambouncer?
