problem with two addresses in the to-header

My system runs with SuSE, sendmail, fetchmail and procmail.
We have one Email-Account were all email for one domain come in.
It runs good, i have a problem now when a email comes with two 
email addresses with your domane.
1. only one becomes the email 
2. but he get two off it 
What could i do!
