Handling cc's and listmail

Well, I see that the list bottleneck is down to 2 days or less from 4.
:-)  So I'll send something new.

I am looking for a good ( = simple + effective + elegant + well-commented)
:-) way to continue to send, e.g., procmail list mail to my procmail file
while cc's addressed to me can come to me and not also get stored in
the procmail file.
