Unsafe to mail to programs?

Unsafe to mail to programs?

I have installed Procmail with "/usr/bin/procmail bosco" in the .forward,but I keep getting the message "address bosco is unsafe for mailing toprograms" which I test it by sending it to myself. How can I fix this?
