technique stopped working. Being the mistrusting person I am, I got the
source for procmail and rebuilt it. No effect. Panic set in.
I changed all of the delivery lines from !username to
| $SENDMAIL -v -oi username
and everything started working again. Why?
This is a bug that was accidentally introduced in procmail version 3.14.
It's fixed in the beta of the next version.
