The reason for the question is that:
:0:
* ^sender:.*something
afile
on FreeBSD is attempting to file the message in a file named '*'. Its
the same ~/.procmailrc that I use on a lot of other machines, and it
works fine. Probably that /usr/local/bin/procmail is botched.
