Put #3 after #1, and use a 'c' flag. Thus, #2 is independant of the
conditions/actions of #3 - if you insist on having #3 after #2, you'd
either have to have a throw-away rule after #3, or have an explicit copy
rule on a braced delivery rule on #2). These actions don't have any
dependancy upon each other (i.e. #3 doesn't require output from #2), so
their order shouldn't adversely affect anything - they're simple deliveries.
