There is a painfully simple explaination, which you will find for yourself
if you do what you should ALWAYS do when debugging a recipe. Add VERBOSE=ON
to the top of your .procmailrc, send a test message in, and READ THE LOG.
(Truth is, if you read the log now, even without setting VERBOSE on, you'll
probably get a big clue what you've done wrong.)
