Have you set the LOGFILE and VERBOSE variables? If so you should see a
"Match on" message in the logfile when you receive something from the
procmail mailing list.
You can easily test the recipe by sending yourself a mail with a line in
the body beginning with procmail mailing list and then
checking the log file to see what Procmail did with it.
I use the exact same recipe without a problem.
If it still does not work I suggest you attach your complete .procmailrc
file and logfile to your next posting to this list.
