Procmail conditions are ANDed together not ORed. A message would have
to match all three of those conditions to end up in the SystemLogs file.
You want something like:
* Subject:.*(system.*check|(security|run).*output)
Although those conditions are a little loose for my tastes, that's what
I think you're trying to accomplish.
