Forwarding header info..

	Hey all..   I'm trying to forward just the From and Subject from the 
incoming mail header in the body of a message to a specific address..
	I know I should use formail to pull the header info out, but I'm not sure 
how to put it in a new message body and then pass that to sendmail..
Any tips?
