Send File is not working. HELP

My send file fileserver recipie is not working.  Any suggestions.  It is
set up exactly as in "man procmailex".  This is what I get in my
killfile.log.

 Subject: Re: send file resume.txt
  Folder:  cat - ./$FILE 2>&1 | $SENDMAIL -oi
