NEED RECIPE FOR EXTRACTING MAIL CONTENT

Hello, All --

I would like to extract the content (i.e. message text) from incoming
messages (for a particular account), then save it to a local file on the
server. Does anybody have a recipe for doing this? Thank You, Much.
