Yup, it's simple, and a good idea too!  If there's something wrong with 
a new recipe, it doesn't fubar the rest of your .procmailrc

My .procmailrc is nothing more than a list of INCLUDERC statements

Assuming that the rc file is located in ~/.procmail/myfile.rc, put this 
in .procmailrc

INCLUDERC=$HOME/.procmail/myfile.rc
