hi all
i have written a recipe which includes the following
lines
:0w
* ^FROM.*(abc.net|abc.co.in)
{
:0f
|cat - /etc/procmailrcs/footer.txt
}
#pass the message back to sendmail
:0
|$SENDMAIL -oi -f "$@"
The recipe works fine with sendmail verion 8.9.3-15
and procmail verison 3.13.1-4
The same recipe when run on different versions of
sendmail-8.8.7-20 and procmail-3.10-13
The recipe when put in /etc/procmailrcs/ ......and
when checked the log file.....
The "$@" does not resolve for the To and FROM address
and the mail is lost....
is this a version problem for procmail and sendmail.??
As this recipe works fine with the newer versions of
sendmail and procmail as mentioed before
Any lead from anyone...
thanks in advance
shweta
