Hi there,
I have been trying to post a mail that I recieve to a local
newsgroup. I have the innd server running and have used inews to post.
The trouble is things get posted from the shell, but when invoked from
procmail, nothing seems to happen (logs are not updated and the article
is not posted).
The following is the simple recipe that I have used :-

* ^From.*news
{
:0
| /usr/bin/inews -h -S -n local.lang.java /tmp/postMail
}
The postMail file has the necessary headers and as pointed out above, the
command works fine from the shell (the logs confirms that the article is
posted).
I have gone thru the mailing-list archive and found nothing much there.
Kindly reply to my mail-id even if I'm missing something too obvious or
am acting stupid.
