Why doesn't "Autoreply from file" work?

Hello,

we work with sendmail version 8.10.2, RedHat Standard Version 6.2, procmail
version 3.14
but the feature "Autoreply from file" is not running.

      Edit Alias
            Address
            Enabled?  Yes  No
            Alias to  <None>Email addressAddresses in fileWrite to fileFeed
to programAutoreply from file  Edit..
            Alias to  <None>Email addressAddresses in fileWrite to fileFeed
to programAutoreply from file




Can somebody help me?
