did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to stdin

2001-08-01 05:22:24
Hello, list members.

Procmail seems not working.

Emails to the address was returned with the following message.

----- Transcript of session follows -----
553 x31.foo.net. config error: mail loops back to me (MX problem?)
554 <x31(_at_)x31(_dot_)foo(_dot_)net>... Local configuration error

Log of Procmail recorded nothing.
And log of sendmail says:

bar.com[xxx.xxx.xx.xx] did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to
stdin

(bar.com is the domain at "From"-line of email)

And as may not be related with it,
I have 2 isolated cases.

*This is not dedicated server but the provider gives customers "virtual" root
authority
just like vservers.com.
So I can access httpd.conf, sendmail.cf...
(perhaps "jail" system on FreeBSD used)

*I will, in the near future, move to the provider from previous one, but not
yet.
So I do not have .com domain, but have sub-domain.

I write in ".forward"
"|IFS=' ' && exec /usr/home/x31/usr/local/bin/procmail -f- || exit 75 #x31"

My acct is "x31"
"Which procmail" says "/usr/home/x31/usr/local/bin/procmail"

Any ideas?
