beginner's problem: Error while writing to "~/lac.txt"

Hi!

I'd like to use procmail, but I found a problem. I want to redirect a
mail to a file (e.g.: ~/lac.txt), but I got the error message in the
$Subject. I think there are problems with the rights of my $HOME, it is
755 now. 
Could you answer in private (too), I'm not a member of the list.
