Oh, nevermind, I figured it out. The shared rcfile does final delivery to
mboxes (or maildirs, or MH folders, or anything else nameable in a variable)
by variables, and all the people (such as Brian) who use it are expected to
set their own values for all the possible variables before INCLUDERC'ing
that rcfile.
I was thinking of a couple ideas, one involving the TRAP statement and
another a very frequent cron job, but neither panned out.
