I think Martin is right: it's a timezone problem. From the headers of
your own message, it looks like gmx.net's servers put UTC timestamps in
their Received headers. Changing the TRAP assignment to
TRAP = 'touch -u -t $TOUCHTIME $LASTFOLDER'
should probably solve the problem.
