Thanks for your help. Pls advise how to make procmail Local Delivery
Agent. My current MTA is Smail, and all mail comes in /usr/spool/mail. In
fact I want to use it to fight SPAM.

You use procmail as the LDA. If your mail is delivered to some other location
than
/usr/spool/mail then you have to make that location a symlink to
/usr/spool/mail.
