Help with procmail log file

Hi:

I am trying use Procmail to redirect a email to PHP script, I receive this
message in the log when procmail process the email.

procmail: Match on "^FROM(_dot_)*brumvigp(_at_)tivoli(_dot_)si(_dot_)edu"

What mean "notified comsat"?? How I know if procmail is working properly?? I
am using procmail v3.13.1
