Which is actually not necessary, since the very next rule is going to
throw the message away anyway.

        Yea, I know... I changed that to /dev/null temporarily, and
emailed it out that way. Sorry. I actually have it going somewhere, just
during my testing it was getting full.

    The first rule checks for the "^Content-Type:.*(multipart|attachment)"
regexp.  I wonder, however, why its "1^0"'d

It should not be.  Where did you find that?  The first rule should be just

* ^Content-Type:.*(multipart|attachment)

    The next problem is that it just doesn't do the "|" action at all.

How do you know that it doesn't do it?

        I don't get any email replies.....
