Please urge your security people to adopt a sensible security policy -- use
PGP or similar public-key crypto on all messages which are
confidential. Then they don't have to tack these silly - and totally
unenforceable - disclaimers which only serve to imply that your employer
doesn't believe that their employees are competent enough to address an
email message properly.
