I'm using procmail for local delivery (Mlocal in sendmail). Is it
possible to have procmail not bother trying to notify comsat every time
it saves a message? It seems a waste to have it run a getservbyname and
try-and-fail to open a connection for each and every inbound message.
Just a side-note: while COMSAT=no will tell procmail to not send comsat
notifications, as of version 3.20 procmail does the getservbyname() call
during its startup, so you can't avoid that**. Also, comsat messages are
UDP, not TCP, so while you do open a socket, you don't open a connection.
