How to setup Auto reply

To whom ever knows I have two questions that 
I was wondering if any could answer.  Here goes:

1. I was wondering how could I set up procmail to 
auto replay to incoming mail.

2. How can I save each incoming mail as its own
file and not as an appened part of a single file.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
