Use tr or sed, but the bigger question is where the name is that you have to
change: if it's in a variable, that's fairly easy, but if it's in the middle
of a header, you have to reassemble the header with the rest of the line
around it and then use formail to replace the original one that included the
caps-locked name.
So we really need to know more.
