This recipe delivers to the program 'echo'. You will see from your log
that procmail doesn't get beyond this point because it has delivered the
mail. If you have a delivering recipe and you want processing to
continue you need the 'c' flag. Sorry - I didn't notice in your
original mail that you had 2 delivering recipes in your example. Put a
'c' flag here also.
