Read your procmail man page. Red Hat addressed this in the very first
paragraph.
(On anther note, I no longer recommend Spam Bouncer myself. It hasn't been
maintained in nearly a year and the maintainer no longer responds to email.
I've switched to using Spam Assassin myself.)
